In general, nowadays common parallel communication methods use many lines, which have high requirements on the number and performance of I/O nodes of elevator controllers, and the installation and maintenance of elevators are troublesome. In particular, when the number of floors increases, the number of I/O ports in the parallel system is required to increase accordingly, which leads to a significant increase in costs, and greatly increases difficulty in installation and maintenance, and elevator products are not versatile. In order to solve the above problems, Fuji Electric has developed a high-performance, low-price serial communication elevator central processing board and I/O interface board. At the same time, our company has developed other communication board components based on mature elevator control system components in China. Perfect elevator control system. The new Fuji FFA serial elevator control system is a high-performance, low-cost elevator control system consisting of an original central processing control board and an I/O interface board manufactured by Fuji Electric of Japan. The system uses Fuji elevator-specific central processing board. , With a rapid processing of elevator operation procedures, data exchange, display man-machine interface; ensure reliable operation of the elevator control program; and fast, PHILIPS SJA1000T on-site CAN bus; and TJA1050BUS interface, the latest serial storage technology records data; The external watchdog and the internal watchdog function of the control chip form a two-stage program monitoring to ensure the normal operation of the control program. The high current switching power supply LM2596 ensures the system power supply is stable and has low requirements for the power supply; the high-speed opto-isolated optocoupler and the internal of the microcomputer.
